Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged on Arrival
If your bracelet arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
• Please send back all components (if possible).
• We’ll send you a replacement or repaired item at no additional cost.
1-Year Handiwork Warranty
We stand by our craftsmanship.
• If your bracelet breaks within 1 year of purchase, we’ll re-string it free of charge.
• Just send the beads back (if possible), and we’ll restore it with care.
