We want you to love your Gemini Doll piece as much as we loved creating it. If it’s not what you expected or doesn’t suit you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

If your bracelet isn’t the right fit—physically, energetically, or aesthetically—you may return it within 30 days with no questions asked. 

•     Email: geminidollofficial@gmail.com to initiate your return.
•     Items must be in original condition.
•     Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

📦 Damaged on Arrival?
If your piece arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
•     Please send back all components (if possible).
•     We’ll send you a replacement or repaired item at no additional cost.

🧵 1-Year Handiwork Warranty
We stand by our craftsmanship.
•     If your bracelet breaks within 1 year of purchase, we’ll re-string it free of charge-
•     Send the beads back (if possible), and we’ll restore it with care.

Our stones are natural and unique—just like you.
•     Because we can’t predict how you wear or style your piece, we do not warranty the stones themselves.
•     Chips or wear may occur where beads touch or rub during daily use. We recommend gentle handling and mindful wear.
