Refunds and Warranty


We want you to love your Gemini Doll piece as much as we loved creating it. If it’s not what you expected or doesn’t suit you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


🔁 Returns
If your bracelet isn’t the right fit—physically, energetically, or aesthetically—you may return it within 30 days with no questions asked. 


•     Email: geminidollofficial@gmail.com to initiate your return.
•     Items must be in original condition.
•     Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.


📦 Damaged on Arrival?
If your piece arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
•     Please send back all components (if possible).
•     We’ll send you a replacement or repaired item at no additional cost.


🧵 1-Year Handiwork Warranty
We stand by our craftsmanship.
•     If your bracelet breaks within 1 year of purchase, we’ll re-string it free of charge-
•     Send the beads back (if possible), and we’ll restore it with care.


🪨 Stone Disclaimer
Our stones are natural and unique—just like you.
•     Because we can’t predict how you wear or style your piece, we do not warranty the stones themselves.
•     Chips or wear may occur where beads touch or rub during daily use. We recommend gentle handling and mindful wear.

✨Subscription and Readings Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for completed readings of any kind.
Because all tarot and natal chart readings are created by hand and require preparation in advance, subscription refunds are only available if no reading has been requested for that month — even if you have not yet received it.
At Gemini Doll, I ask for your birth information up front so I can begin preparing your natal chart ahead of time. This chart is used to deepen both your astrological and tarot readings, and in most cases, I have already created or begun creating your chart before your request is submitted. For this reason, even if you cancel your subscription, the reading you signed up for will still be delivered.


To summarize:
•     No refunds for tarot or natal chart readings once they have been requested.
•     Subscription refunds are only available if no reading was scheduled or requested during the billing cycle.
•     If you cancel your subscription after requesting a reading, your reading will still be completed and delivered.
