Welcome to The Fifth House Club (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to our monthly membership and receiving our quarterly curated boxes (“Subscription” or “Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Overview of the Service
The Fifth House Club is a recurring subscription box service designed to support your creativity, intuition, and personal magic. Members are billed monthly and receive a curated box every three months, aligned with seasonal solstices and equinoxes.
Each box is personally curated based on the preferences you share at signup. No two boxes are alike.

2. What You Receive
Every quarterly box may include:
•     1–3 natural stone bracelets, depending on bead size and your selected style
•     Two seasonally aligned stones chosen to reflect current cosmic shifts
•     A handmade surprise (art piece, crafted item, or ritual tool)
•     Monthly tarot readings delivered via email for you or a loved one/ Or Horoscope-style Astrological chart predictions for you or a loved one- as you choose. 
•     A loyalty discount badge that increases the longer you stay subscribed (up to 75% off sitewide)

All items are curated individually and are not pre‑packaged!! NO two boxes will ever be the same.

3. Jewelry Style Preferences
At signup, you may select:

•     Feminine – soft, expressive, may include charms or tassels
•     Masculine – bold, grounded, minimal embellishment
•     Androgynous – earth‑toned, elemental, no charms or tassels
•     Surprise Me – any style may be chosen
Your selection guides curation but does not guarantee specific items.

You may leave notes/comments about your style at signup.

4. Subscription Structure & Billing
•     Subscription cost: $19/month, billed every 30 days.
•     Billing occurs automatically using the payment method you provide.
•     Subscription continues until canceled by you.
•     By subscribing, you acknowledge that billing is monthly, while boxes ship quarterly.
•     If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until resolved.
•     Prices may change; members will be notified in advance.

5. Shipping Schedule
To align with seasonal energy, boxes ship on:
•     September 5
•     December 5
•     March 5
•     June 5

Shipping dates may shift due to carrier delays, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate before each cycle.

6. Loyalty Discount Tiers
Your discount badge evolves with each month you remain subscribed:

Discount codes are sent via email and/or text and may be used once per month on any item.

7. Tarot Readings
•     Members receive one tarot reading per month.
•     Readings are delivered via email.
•     You may arrange your reading through the website using the promo code provided after subscribing.
•     Tarot readings are for personal insight and entertainment purposes only.

8. Gift Subscriptions
If purchasing as a gift:
•     Select “This is a gift” at checkout.
•     Provide the recipient’s name, address, and (optional) birth information for personalization- astrological charts depend on birth date, birth year, and place of birth. 
•     You will receive tracking updates when their box ships.

9. Cancellations
•     You may cancel anytime through your account.
•     Cancellations apply to future billing cycles.
•     Payments already processed are non‑refundable.
•     Boxes already prepared or shipped cannot be canceled.

10. Refunds & Returns
•     Subscription payments are non‑refundable.
•     We do not accept returns of subscription boxes or individual items.
•     If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

11. Personalization & Variations
Because each box is curated individually:
•     Items may vary in color, size, or style.
•     We do not guarantee specific stones, designs, or quantities beyond what is listed.
•     Handmade items often contain natural variations.

12. Intellectual Property ("IP")
All branding, product designs, written content, tarot materials, and digital assets are owned by The Fifth House Club or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission, if you would like to share your tarot or horoscope on your social pages, please ask for permission.

13. Community Conduct (If Applicable)
If you access any digital community spaces, you agree to:
•     Treat others with respect
•     Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
•     Keep private information confidential

• Respect the IP Agreement above

We may remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

14. Disclaimers
•     All items are provided “as is.”
•     We do not guarantee metaphysical outcomes, spiritual results, or specific emotional experiences.
•     We are not responsible for lost packages, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber, but we will do our best to help remedy any of those situations.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
•     Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
•     Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
•     Issues caused by third‑party carriers or vendors

16. Agreement Confirmation

By subscribing, you confirm that:

•     You understand this is a monthly subscription billed every 30 days
•     Boxes are shipped quarterly- once every three months.
•     You have read or will read these Terms & Conditions
•     You may visit the Club page anytime for shipping dates, badge info, and updates
•     You may contact us at geminidollofficial@gmail.com with questions, and may cancel your subscription at any time from your members page.

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
